东北亚安全格局的新变化与中国对策

2010年,东北亚安全格局发生了微妙的变化,包括日美安保同盟重新定位,＂天安＂号事件,延岼岛炮击,朝鲜半岛的紧张局势与韩国推迟收归军事指挥权,日本民主党政权回归现实主义的对美政策,朝鲜推进核聚变技术,中日撞船事件等。2011年3月的日本核泄露事故又为东北亚的局势增添了新的变数。美国不仅继续主导东北亚地区的安全事务,而且,仍在东北亚地区发挥着强大的政治、经济和军事等综合影响力。除了美国以外,其他东北亚地区各国也都依据自身经济和军事实力成为东北亚安全格局中的变量。面对复杂的东北亚安全格局,中国必须认识到本国的全局利益和长远利益。在反对美国舰队演习等问题上当谨慎行事,重视政治大局,维护东北亚的稳定和现状,树立和平发展,公益、道德、正义的国际形象,重视大国关系的协调与合作。今后能否理性对待这类问题,是对中国外交是否具有长远战略的一个重大考验。     

民主革命时期毛泽东对马克思恩格斯工农联盟思想的发展

马克思恩格斯工农联盟的基本思想包括无产阶级的革命斗争需要农民阶级支持,农民阶级的解放需要无产阶级领导,他们二者的共同诉求是工农联盟建立的基础,无产阶级代表农民阶级的利益是建立工农联盟的必要条件等。在坚持马克思恩格斯工农联盟思想基本观点的基础上,毛泽东根据中国实际对农民在革命斗争中的角色进行了新的定位,指出农民阶级是中国革命的主力军,并深化了对农民阶级内部不同阶层革命性的分析,强调在革命斗争的过程中要代表和实现农民阶级的利益,在中国革命的实践中发展了马克思恩格斯关于工农联盟的思想。     

让农村籍员工自愿留在企业中:内部营销作用于留任意愿的机理研究

通过理清内部营销作用于留任意愿的机理, 找出让农村籍员工自愿留在企业中的途径。收集701份针对农村籍员工的有效问卷调查数据, 采用SPSS 21与LISREL 8.70进行统计分析。研究结果表明:内部营销对留任意愿有显著的正向影响, 组织认同在其中起到部分中介的作用。个体-组织匹配程度的不同还会严重影响到内部营销对留任意愿作用的强度以及员工“是走是留”。     

基于大学联盟视角的京津冀区域高等教育合作

合作是京津冀区域高等教育统筹、均衡与协调发展的方向,是优化配置人才结构与经济结构耦合,最大限度地发挥人力资源整体优势的重要保障。以大学联盟为视角,基于高等教育区域合作的理论基础和现实依据,立足于京津冀区域高等教育合作的现状及问题,借鉴国外大学联盟的经验,从明确目标、平等互惠、创新形式、加强自律和创设氛围方面提出促进京津冀高等教育合作的建议。     

Client Personality,Working Alliance and Outcome

Abstract

The relationship of the five-factor model of personality to working alliance, symptoms and well-being was examined in a diverse community mental health sample (N = 103). Agreeableness, openness, extraversion and conscientiousness were associated with alliance. Neuroticism was strongly associated with symptoms, and negatively associated with well-being. Extraversion was moderately associated with well-being. Personality is deserving of further study as a potentially important influence on therapy process and outcome. Part of the much-replicated association of alliance with outcome may be accounted for by personality. Implications for social work practice and research are discussed.

针对移动国际漫游市场中的运营商联盟合作现象,通过模型及数据仿真方法分析了联盟合作中影响运营商业务收益和最优联盟结算价格的主要因素。从模型分析可知,最优联盟结算价格与运营商的国际漫游业务量分布情况、漫游出访与入访业务量比率、业务需求的价格弹性系数密切相关,数据仿真分析给出了相关参数对最优联盟结算价格的影响效果。

Simulation of the p-generalized Gaussian distribution

In this paper, we introduce the p-generalized polar methods for the simulation of the p-generalized Gaussian distribution. On the basis of geometric measure representations, the well-known Box–Muller method and the Marsaglia–Bray rejecting polar method for the simulation of the Gaussian distribution are generalized to simulate the p-generalized Gaussian distribution, which fits much more flexibly to data than the Gaussian distribution and has already been applied in various fields of modern sciences. To prove the correctness of the p-generalized polar methods, we give stochastic representations, and to demonstrate their adequacy, we perform a comparison of six simulation techniques w.r.t. the goodness of fit and the complexity. The competing methods include adapted general methods and another special method. Furthermore, we prove stochastic representations for all the adapted methods.     

Woman Abuse and Conjoint Therapy: Therapists' Experiences of Engagement

ABSTRACT

Treatment approaches with couples in which woman abuse is a factor have been the subject of much attention and concern in the therapeutic community. We used focus groups to examine therapists' experiences of what they see as impeding or facilitating their ability to engage therapeutically with heterosexual couples when a man has used violence. Results were coded along four categories: contextual issues, the person of the therapist, client characteristics, and strategies for enhancing engagement. Results point to the difficulties therapist participants experienced engaging with males who have been violent with their partner. Strategies which therapists used to enhance engagement are illuminated. We discuss differences between the experiences of male and female therapists, and implications for clinical work and future research.     

联盟信任变迁与美韩联盟转型

联盟信任与联盟困境之间存在密切关系。在双边不对称联盟中,联盟困境的"抛弃"与"牵连"对联盟信任的作用更为强烈,进而成为推动联盟转型的重要变量。在美韩联盟发展过程中,其联盟信任不断变迁。联盟初期,由战火锤炼铸就的美韩双向情绪性信任,中经"尼克松冲击"转变为情绪性—工具性信任,后冷战时代历经双方的战略调整与实力变迁影响,转为双向工具性信任。受联盟信任变迁的影响,美韩联盟也实现了由军事联盟向战略性联盟的转变,这是联盟信任下降与共有利益拓展的共同结果。
